Rachel Doherty | Design  is a New York City based design practice specializing in residential spaces that combine interior design, art and everyday life. There is a strong focus on refining the design in close collaboration with the client in order to exceed their expectations at every stage of the project.

With over twenty years of experience Rachel has previously worked nationally and internationally with such notable architects as Richard Gluckman, Sir David Chipperfield and Rem Koolhaas/OMA. Built work includes multiple residential projects, The Bryant Park Hotel (formally The American Radiator Building), interior renovations of Lever House and the Seattle Public Library. Since the foundation of her own practice she continues to consult with Gluckman Tang Architects.

Rachel received her Bachelor of Design Studies and Bachelor of Architecture (First Class Honors) from the University of Queensland, Australia and her Master of Architecture degree from Princeton University.
